Job Requirements:
- Update client databases including SpatialNET (an AutoCAD‑based platform), SharePoint, and Nlyte (2D designing) with new‑build and as‑built information
- Proficient in reading circuit diagrams for transport and IT systems, access equipment, and related circuit layouts
- Analyze technical specifications to prepare installation schematics and documentation.
- Conduct site surveys and audits as required
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with an IT or Telecommunication certificate are welcome.
- Self-starter with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of Fiber optics and network design is an asset.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or SpatialNET is a strong asset.
Other skills:
- Self‑starter with strong attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Fluent in English — both verbal and written.
- Able to travel for client meetings and site surveys at data center locations.
Working hours & location
- 6635 Kitimat Road, Mississauga, ON, L5N 6J2
- Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm).
- This is a full-time, in-office position
